Who is a Certified Inspector?

InterNACHIIn Alberta, only full members of InterNACHI, Alberta may hold and use the CCHI designation. To become a full member of InterNACHI requires extensive training, experience and reporting ability. Members come from a variety of professional, technical and trade backgrounds including many with prior inspection experience. All Members are required to keep their knowledge and inspections current through ongoing education and testing.

Purchasing a Property is probably one of the biggest financial decisions that you will ever make. At Elite Inspections, our goal is to provide each customer with a complete, thorough, and unbiased evaluation of their new home to be, so that they are confident in their home buying decision.

Elite Inspections takes pride in every inspection that we perform and provides the highest level of service to our clients. All inspections will be conducted with a camera (weather permitting) and a copy of the written report. Original report and pictures are always kept on file for up to 8 years.

Elite inspections offers a variety of residential and commercial inspection services including pre listing or pre purchase inspections, warranty inspections, regular maintenance inspections, air quality, mold, asbestos, radon gas and lead paint testing/inspections and Energy Audits.

Elite Inspections also offers Ozone Purification.

Elite Inspections is owned and operated by Ray Lagasse

And is licensed and registered with the Alberta Government to operate a Commercial, Residential, Property & Equipment Inspection business and is a certified member of the InterNACHI & AlbertaNACHI organizations.
